CDS Curbs API
API Curbs de CDS
CDS Curbs API is the part of the Curb Data Specification used to describe curb locations and the policies governing their use. It provides a shared structure for publishing zones and regulations, allowing applications to interpret who may use a location, when, for which activities, and under what conditions.
Understanding the term
A policy record should retain its legal provenance and effective period. Consumers need a process for updates so that a cached rule does not outlive a temporary restriction.
An implementation should document its version, identifiers, time conventions, geographic accuracy, and supported fields. Test representative exchanges between the actual participating systems, including exceptions and updates. Assign responsibility for correcting discrepancies between published information, legal records, and the street. Collect only information needed for a defined purpose and apply suitable access and retention controls. A successful technical exchange does not by itself prove that the data is current, legally authoritative, or suitable for enforcement.
